The driving force behind Pigeon & Prince is Executive Chef Erick Loos, also of La Provence Restaurant, whose culinary vision has always been to prepare exquisite dishes made from locally-sourced ingredients, many of which he grows himself. Chef Erick’s refined Southern style translates beautifully to both small, intimate dinner parties, or large, upscale banquets.
WHAT'S IN THE NAME? Pigeon & Prince is named in honor of two previous incarnations of our historic Camp St building: one, as a bedsit for Royalty visiting the city; and two, as a rooftop loft for carrier pigeons.
