Who Are We?
Pigeon & Prince, the private events venue of BRG Hospitality, features a farm driven menu with dishes that highlight local, seasonal ingredients. The name is in honor of the space’s previous incarnations as a bedsit for visiting royals and a home for carrier pigeons. Pigeon & Prince offers a unique variety of private dining spaces that are sure to meet the needs of your special event.
Executive Chef Erick Loos, a chef that prides himself on growing as many of the ingredients he uses as possible, has developed a very special and strong relationship with local farmers. His ability to seamlessly create meals for groups both large and small and his refined, Southern culinary style are the key ingredients to incorporate into this elegant setting.
Pigeon & Prince is named in honor of two previous incarnations of our historic Camp St building: one, as a bedsit for Royalty visiting the city; and two, as a rooftop loft for carrier pigeons.
